Are there any events or traditions that you particularly like at the TIMETOACT GROUP or in your company?

At brainbits, we regularly organize an “Open Day”. On this day, anyone can offer sessions on topics that are of particular interest to them. This promotes an intensive exchange and offers the opportunity to engage with exciting content outside of day-to-day business. We also provide very transparent insights into the current development of the company.

What motivates you to come to work every day?

What motivates me above all is that I can learn something new every day. In our industry, it's crucial to always stay on the ball and be at the cutting edge of technology.

What skills do you think are particularly important in your working environment?

In my working environment, open and clear communication and creative thinking are particularly important. Transparent, constructive communication enables us to work together efficiently and overcome challenges together. Creative thinking helps us to bring in new perspectives, develop innovative ideas and also to realize ourselves to a certain extent.

Do you have a morning ritual that helps you start the day?

For me, coffee is a must in the morning - I can't start the day without it.
